Using the Application Service Provider (ASP) model, we can lower the up front costs to application development and enable small business to acquire many of the tools that have previously only been available to Big business.

Leveraging Open Source
We understand open source technology and leverage it to lower costs and increase functionality. As a growing number of new technologies are getting their start as open source software, we've adopted an Open Innovation Model (as outlined in "The Era of Open Innovation" by Henry W. Chesbrough of Harvard Business School). This model promotes the active sharing, use and support for all available internal and external innovations to create the best possible solutions for customers. Using this model, DynamicASP promotes and supports existing and new open source projects and serve as a trusted contributor and advocate for the open source community.

Rapid Application Development (RAD)
RAD is a methodology for compressing the analysis, design, build, and test phases into a series of short, iterative development cycles. This has a number of distinct advantages over the traditional sequential development model. Our project teams are comprised of small integrated teams comprised of developers, end users, and IT technical resources. In this way, our small teams, combined with short, iterative development cycles optimizes speed, unity of vision and purpose creating effective informal communication and simple project management.
